Simple method for cleaning glass rotor flow meter

The glass rotor flow meter is a kind of instantaneous flow reading instrument which is easy to use and has a very wide application. According to the test object can be divided into liquid medium flow meter, gas flow meter, corrosion type flowmeter. Among them, anti-corrosion glass rotameter with strong corrosion resistance, but its base, float, needle valve, spring requires the use of special materials, the price is more expensive. However, the common glass rotor flow meter will cause the pipe wall fouling due to the high corrosion resistance of the gas. These dirt will affect the float vibration, thus affecting the accuracy of flow meter measurement. So, this paper studies the cleaning and reuse of the common glass rotor flow meter after the tube wall structure.
